Under the direction of Dr. Cassie Cantu, Winchester Spine & Sport’s functional training programs are designed to reshape your quality of life, redefine your health and minimize your risk for injury. *Classes include: Small Group Athletic Training for High School and College Athletes, featuring: Comprehensive screenings, DNS correctives for proper lifting techniques and professional-level performance enhancement (high-intensity with Olympic lifting protocols). Small Group Functional Training and Personal Training with DNS correctives. And they are all located right here in Troy, MO. 

Featuring state-of-the-art equipment and staffed by physician-directed, certified trainers.

Stenosis Group Tuesdays at 10 a.m.

Small Group Training: Mondays at 8 a.m.; Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m.; Thursdays at 5:30 a.m.; and Thursdays at 4 p.m.

(Including off-season training, focusing on tailored goals, such as speed, agility and increased measures, e.g., vertical jump.)

Every training program is designed for proper movement, function and reflects our knowledge of biomechanics to help people of all ages and physiques perform better in life and sport. New members are assessed and trained based on the latest research and functional movement patterns, with specialized training in disc injuries, HKC Russian kettlebell, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and FMS. Join us for a functional training program tailored to meet your individual health goals.
