Every program we offer is designed for proper movement, function and reflects our knowledge of biomechanics to help people of all ages and physiques perform better in life and sport. New members are assessed and trained based on the latest research and specialized training in functional movement patterns, disc injuries, HKC Russian kettlebell, DNS and FMS.
