Robyn Longenecker
Robyn Longenecker has been in the fitness industry for the past 11 years both as a personal trainer and as a certified group fitness instructor. Her vast education includes a certification for working with women who are in their mid-thirties, and older, to help them structure their exercise, nutrition, sleep, and self care to build strength; maintain healthy bone density; and live long, healthy lives.
"I am extremely passionate about women’s fitness! I want to provide women with education and truth about how their body changes over time. Women are different than men. We must train, eat, sleep and care for ourselves in a way that is most effective with our own bodies. I love building a community of women where we can support each other through the aging process in a fun, supportive engaging environment."
