Under the direction of Natalie Fleming, Winchester Spine & Sport’s functional training programs are designed to reshape your quality of life, redefine your health and minimize your risk for injury. Classes include: Small Group Athletic Training for High School and College Athletes, featuring: Comprehensive screenings, DNS correctives for proper lifting techniques and professional-level performance enhancement (high-intensity with Olympic lifting protocols). Small Group Functional Training and Personal Training with DNS correctives. And they are all located right here in Troy, MO.

Every program we offer is designed for proper movement, function and reflects our knowledge of biomechanics to help people of all ages and physiques perform better in life and sport. New members are assessed and trained based on the latest research and specialized training in functional movement patterns, disc injuries, HKC Russian kettlebell, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and FMS.
