Course Goals: 1. Understand the basic principles of DNS and developmental kinesiology. 2. Master proper activation of sagittal stabilization and breathing patterns. 3. Acquire the ability to perform and interpret basic DNS tests. 4. Learn to use developmental positions as a therapeutic tool. 5. Experience DNS exercises firsthand.

Day 1: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Day 2: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Day 3: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
